I have never had a single successful hacking attack since I installed this firewall, so it’s doing a great job.
Requires very low maintenance: making backups after configuration changes and regular updates will keep this firewall going forever.

Extras

  • The open enclosure towers are included to house the servers. The two 4U servers are taking up only about 10% of the space, so there is plenty of room for more servers if planning to expand the network.
  • Two APC Uninterruptable PowerSupplies which could be connected to the servers to prepare them to shut down to prevent data loss or hardware damage in case of a power failure.
  • I will also include all cables and screws you would need to setup this hardware at your place.

Terms – What buyer needs for operation that is NOT included in the package

  • The buyer will have to have Internet connection with at least 2 static IP addresses (5 recommended), 110V power and approximately 10 sq-ft of floor space in a 7 foot tall room to continue normal operation of the web sites.
  • To monetize the sites effectively, the buyer must be a registered member of an advertisement revenue sharing network like Google AdSense. The domains are all approved by Google for serving AdSense ads. If the buyer decides to continue monetizing the traffic on these sites by using Google AdSense, I will leave my ad-codes in there for size and color examples. Please note that I will not be refunding ad-revenue generated by those sites after the sale of this package, so it is the buyer’s responsibility to remove or replace those ad-blocks as soon as possible.
  • On completion of this sale, I will provide the buyer the transfer authorization codes for the above domains and I will release all domain locks and remove whois privacy protectors so the domains could be transferred to the buyer. The domains are currently being registered through Hostway.com (at approximately $10 per year), so they could be transferred for free of charge to the buyer’s Hostway account.
    Please note that transfer fees are not included in this sale price.
  • Moving, setup and maintenance of the hardware, software and source codes included in this package are the responsibility of the buyer after the transaction has been completed.
  • Operating these sites require no Trade Marks, none were registered for these domain names or brands therefore there will be none transferred to the buyer
  • The company and business license that I currently for operating these sites under are not included as part of the sale. Therefore the buyer is responsible to comply with all government requirements such as company registration, GST registration, business license etc.
  • Warranty: Since the source code of the sites is open-editable and because everything included in this sale will get transferred to the buyer, the buyer will have all rights and responsibilities to maintain and operate the items listed in this package, therefore there are no warranties included in the sale.
  • Guaranty: Since all of the items listed in this sale will get moved to the buyer, I cannot guarantee that the buyer will continue to receive the traffic the sites are receiving now nor that they would convert to ad revenue they way they do at the moment. The success of this Internet business after the completion of the transaction will depend on the buyer.
